Blog on Recent House to Home Inspection
It's not often your clients are good friends of yours, but today was one of those days. Was able to inspect this home for two close friends of mine. The home they were looking to purchase was in the beltline area of Calgary. It was an inspection for a new home purchase. Some people don't think you need to inspect new builds, my friends that bought this home would disagree. There were multiple difficiences found, but since they had a top-rated builder, all repairs were made before they moved in.
