Recently inspected a condo in Calgary's beltline.   Some people don't believe you need an inspection when buying a condominium, but I believe it is important and beneficial.   There are always things I'll find that are important to fix, and tips I will give in how to maintain your condo.   Interestingly enough, this condo building is where I did my last flip property, brought back some great memories.
