Inspected this very nice home in Royal Oak, in Calgary's Northwest.  Being a home inspector in Calgary its important clients are included in the process and educated during the home inspection.   Some home inspectors may prefer to do the inspection without clients attending, I think the best home inspection is when clients are there with me.  I also consider my construction background always helps catch items that odds are could be missed without that experience.
